The minimum rental age is 21 years for all categories, except SUV, 7-seater, 9-seater and Group E, where the driver must be at least 25 years old on the day of pick-up. Drivers under 25 must purchase additional insurance.
The renter must hold a valid European Driving License or International Driving License, issued at least one calendar year prior to the rental date. All additional drivers must also hold valid licenses.
Valid driver's licenses are required for all registered drivers. Non-EU licenses require an international license and an official translation. Non-EU renters also need a second government-issued ID (e.g. passport).
Yes, an after-hours delivery/pickup service is provided with an additional charge of 20 EUR (incl. VAT) per service.
All rental rates are calculated on a 24-hour basis. Only when the rental exceeds a 24-hour cycle will an additional day be charged.

Yes, additional drivers are allowed with a declaration on the rental contract. They must present a valid license issued at least one year ago.
The credit card used for payment must be in the driver's name. Third-party cards are not accepted.
Yes. Car delivery and collection are free of charge at Heraklion Airport and in the area of Agia Pelagia, where our company is based. For other areas, only within the prefecture of Heraklion, the charge is 20-40 EUR depending on the distance.
The fuel level is checked upon delivery of the vehicle. You then return the car with the same amount of fuel as it had on the day you picked it up.

Cancellation of the reservation with refund (within 5 business days) can be made 72 hours or more before the vehicle delivery. For cancellation within 72 hours before delivery, no refund will be made.
The initial price listed on the page includes comprehensive insurance (CDW – Collision Damage Waiver), with exemption for the first:

800 EUR in groups D, D1, E, F, F1
1000 EUR in groups G, G1

At the final stage of payment, you can optionally choose Full Insurance, which offers full coverage without deductible (theft, windows, tires), with the exception of the underside of the car. The charge per day is:
